WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER HEARD?

All search for the Creator is some form. This is what separates us from the animals. God has instilled in every heart a sense of eternity and those who earnestly and diligently seek Him will find Him. Abraham did. He grew up in a society of idol worshippers yet knew in his heart that wasn’t the answer. He sought God and found Him.

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Heb 11:8 By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out into a place which he was afterward going to receive for an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he went.

Heb 11:9 By faith he lived in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs of the same promise with him.

Heb 11:10 For he looked for a city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

This is why Abraham is called the father of faith. No one taught him about God. He sought Him out himself and God answered as He will anyone who diligently and with faith seeks Him.

Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Jer 29:12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

Jer 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Jer 29:14 And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

Men from all parts of the world can see the magnificent creation of God; sun, moon, stars, rivers, mountains, trees and the animal kingdom and conclude that there is a Creator behind this detailed creation. As these simple men see the creation they will begin to ask questions in their hearts and search for a Creator.

Punishment?

Luk 12:47 And that servant who knew his lord's will and did not prepare, nor did according to His will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

Luk 12:48 But he not knowing, and doing things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For to whomever much is given, of him much shall be required. And to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

Even the angels want to know

1Pe 1:12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

Those of us who are saved have been commanded to go into all the world and preach the gospel. It is our mandate which is why we are so single minded in this group. TV, the internet and radio does not reach everywhere. What we can do is pray for those we don’t know about.
